I Love Zoho SalesInbox

SalesInbox is a clever email application that smoothly connects with Zoho CRM to bring together email and CRM data in one location.

PROS

Your emails are automatically sorted and prioritized by SalesInbox in accordance with the deals that are most important to youYou can see and do tons more from your inbox.

CONS

Before using Zoho Mail, customers must add a custom domain, which makes it the best option for enterprises but not the best option for a personal account.

Great addition to Zoho CRM for getting a better overview of emails

I think Zoho SalesInbox is a decent addition to Zoho CRM if you're looking to work as efficiently on emails as possible without losing sight over critical deal-related emails.

PROS

What I like about SalesInbox is that it gives order to the mess that is called my email inbox. Zoho SalesInbox neatly categorizes emails into Deals, Contacts, Not In CRM and Colleagues. This allows me to focus on critical deals that are about to close first and foremost without wasting time with newsletters or other notifications.

CONS

For the intended use SalesInbox does what it's supposed to do. No real downside. I guess what would be nice is to have it more tightly integrated with the contact/account view so there would be less switching between tabs.

Another mediocre app in the Zoho suite of apps.

Limited useability for a workplace with older sales people.

PROS

I like how SalesInbox is integrated with Zoho CRM. You’re also able to sort emails and track opens, which is great.

CONS

The sales people that I trained to use this software ultimately were unable to get on board with the software due to the complexity of SalesInbox.

Zoho Salesinbox - The ultimate Sales email platform

Amazing software, easy to use and inexpensive.

PROS

It organised my sales emails instantly and all emails are organised according to my workflow.

CONS

It was a little difficult to setup but nothing the zoho team couldn’t assist me with.

I love it and I will definitely keep using it.

PROS

I love how it tracks email opens. How I can schedule when emails are to be sent and that I can have the email thread.

CONS

I do not like that the SalesInbox program opens a completely separate window when you have to send an email.

we can prioritize and act upon leads in just a few steps and stay up to date with the progress.

CONS

As we are growing, we required a more sophisticated and all in one tool so we had to switch as running multiple things on multiple tools slowed our progress and got irritating at a
