One of the best Sales Enablement Platform

My overall experience with Engage has been great. It is a great platform with great functionalities and capabilities.

PROS

I love that you can create Salesflows and contact prospects with multiple touches. I also love that if you use Engage with SalesOS, you will have access to the technologies your prospects are using, and the Intent Signals will help you know what your prospects are searching for or in the market for. I also love that you can track all calls and emails sent to prospects.

CONS

The only thing I dislike so far is the interface. It can be a little hard to work through the sales flows at first.

Easy way to build a contact list but not fully functional as a stand alone CRM.

It was fine as an introductory model for sourcing and communicating with contacts, but as far as a fully functioning CRM this tech falls short. I am sure you can spend a lot more money for more functionality but we felt going in another direction was the best move.

PROS

Easy way to build a contact list, contacts are easy to get exported in to engage and search funtions are good for locating contacts that you need to connect with.

CONS

Easy way to build a contact list but not fully functional as a stand alone CRM.
