Email is dead ... You need to be using SMS

We use CCAI for everything. We have texted our customers about job openings and have filled those positions saving money on job boards. We have used it with our existing customers to notify them of changes in schedule or upcoming deadlines. We also use it with existing clients to upsell our products. We use it with new leads to move them through the sales process. Nothing works better than SMS. People don't respond to emails or answer their phones but they still read their text messages.

PROS

The fact that we can send mass sms to our customers and leads and respond to them in real time on our desktop/laptop computer is very effective. We have integrated it with our database so our people don't need to leave our software to access and respond to text messages.

CONS

Character limits per text message. I think this is not something that CCAI can control and they make it clear how many characters you have left so they help you manage them to prevent writing a text message that is too long and getting charged for two text messages.

Google did not allow you to do mass texting so we have to text each person individually.Dial My Text allowed for mass texting but did not have the ability to individually respond.

We use CCAI as our primary tool for contacting customers

We love the product. We use it daily at all of our 25 facilities.

PROS

We use CloudContactAI to enhance our sales process because customers were no longer responding to emails or phone calls.

CONS

The reporting needs to improve. We have some basic reports, but would like to be able to do more.

Reasons for switching to CloudContactAI

We made the switch to CloudContactAI because we have 25 different facilities in 25 different locations. Each of the facilities requires there own contacts and DID. CloudContactAI enables us to maintain these multiple tenants within one account through the user of their Client functionality. Hence, we can provision a client for our Sacramento facility that has a Sacramento local caller id. Within this client, we only have contacts that reside in Sacramento. We can then have another client for Lansing Michigan. Obviously, we don't want to use the Sacramento phone number for people in Lansing. Nor do we want to have people in Sacramento contacted by the Lansing Facility.

I use CCAI every day, and I really like it

CloudContactAI has really improved our business. Coming out Covid, we couldn't get anyone to come to the facilities. We tried calling and emailing, but they didn't work. CCAI's SMS solution is the way to go.

PROS

I can reach out to players at our facility easily from our Facility Console due to our integration with them. When players respond, the 2 way messaging feature enables me to respond in real time. When we blast out to a number of people, we're able to add multiple users to the account so we can address the responses all at once.

CONS

The reporting could be improved, but we don't really even use the reports. The engagement with SMS is mind boggling, so we're happy with it.
