Customer Service Rep Pushed $5k contract and then ghosted my business
It sucked and I had to contact the owner of the company because their little pushy tech bro salespeople lied to me
PROSThey did give me a PARTIAL refund, only after I contacted the direct owners of the company, they were in the process of selling the company
CONSThey took my money and provided nothing.

Makes the client journey smooth!
We've recently implemented Hona for our law firm and look forward to the ways it will improve our client's journey as well as our team's. We're excited to see the results of this great tool and how much time it will free up for more improvements for our client experience.
PROSThe Hona automation tool provides our client journey with transparency, and frees up our team to provide better quality service.
