Napersoft CCM is a great product that I am comfortable recommending to anyone.

Less work for IT, and increase productivity and control by our operations department. We are able to be flexible with our communications now, to respond quickly to our market.

PROS

The product is extremely reliable, and easy to change to keep up with business demand. Prior to implementation of Napersoft CCM we needed a staff of 4 people working 3 days a week to get all of our letters and accreditation certificates out on time. Now, it's totally automated, except for a review queue where some letters are intentionally held until we are comfortable releasing them. Giving our users Napersoft CCM so they have control over letters and emails to generate has saved IT a lot of time and money, and increase operational productivity.

CONS

The user interface could use some updating, but it's still easy to navigate. When your new to it, keeping track of your templates, paragraphs, and email text can be challenging but once you get it you feel stupid for not understanding how simple it really is.

Fantastic Support and Product !!

Automation of daily, weekly, or monthly correspondence !!

PROS

Ease of use, setup, functionality, and Support !!!! This product has driven Us to automate most of our letters, reports, and EOB's.

CONS

No Cons to Napersoft CCM !!!! This product has never let this organization down !!! Any issue we ever had with this product Napersoft engineered a resolution !!!!!

Extremely useful tool in creating letter templates for our team.

Template creation is much simpler for our team now. It puts the creation in the hands of the end users who see the letters everyday as opposed to our IT team who is unfamiliar with them.

PROS

+ Uses a familiar layout (Microsoft Word) to aid in letter template creation + Napersoft team has assisted us as we have implemented this tool in our office any time we needed it (Amazing customer support!) + Gives the team that creates letters to mail every day more ability to modify the templates than ever before + Archives our template changes (we see who and when a change was made) + Links common paragraphs used across multiple templates (this view was not possible with our previous software)

CONS

- I wish we could use it on the Google Chrome browser - We need better insight on when a template is migrated to production. We can see changes but not migrations. - We have had challenges with paragraphs that errored out templates completely. These had to be recreated and loaded again.
