Convenient Sales & Marketing tool

PROS

Effective for customer support, sales and mass marketing as multiple users can use the same WhatsApp number to reply customers and send personalised messages at scale while linking it up to Shopify. Being able to connect other apps like Facebook Messenger and LINE and WeChat and Instagram is also great as it lets me connect with customers all over the globe.

CONS

Sometimes a little challenging to navigate, but at least there's an onboarding session that helps with that.

Features could reduce sales and marketing team workload and easily for management to monitor the sales staff's conversation with customers.

Not user-friendly for the company without I.T department when you need to do data migration.
