Convenient Sales & Marketing tool
Effective for customer support, sales and mass marketing as multiple users can use the same WhatsApp number to reply customers and send personalised messages at scale while linking it up to Shopify. Being able to connect other apps like Facebook Messenger and LINE and WeChat and Instagram is also great as it lets me connect with customers all over the globe.
CONSSometimes a little challenging to navigate, but at least there's an onboarding session that helps with that.
