Adobes Customer journey analytics joins all the data into a single interface for a real-time omnichannel experience and allows users to make better data-driven decisions with a holistic view of the business. This product is highly recommended from my side.
PROSIt connects all the customer data and drives customer engagement with AI-powered insights. Visualize a customer's journey across various channels in order, placing each action in context and allowing for cross-channel analysis of things like flow and fallout.
CONSIt is difficult to comprehend the product. It lacks the intuitiveness and friendly UI which can help users to get deeper insights into their customer engagement.

This product has been best for campaign management, and conversation tracking and the pricing model is pretty decent.

Suivre les clients du points de contact jusqu'à chaque étapes, c'est idéal et donne une vision complète grace à la data. Permet de comprendre les interactions et faire des ajustements quand nécessaire.
CONSGlobalement fonctionne si d'autres solutions adobe sont bien installées et configurée donc il y a une légère dépendance.

CONSIt would be great if the platform focused more on new business user-oriented offerings and enterprise customer support.
