Great product

PROS

It's API allows us to integrate it to our own research platform

CONS

Too expensive, and I extremely hate the limitation that user can only have 20 projects live concurrently, this caused huge innconveniency to us.

Amazing tool for understanding text

Amazing, easy, timesaving!

PROS

Easy use and has really speeded things up to analyze the customers texts in surveys.

CONS

Sometimes merged words "unmerge" and added words dissapears. It may be mishandling of the tool on my part.

Reason for choosing Gavagai

It could analyze Swedish without passing over to English.

A good tool with a good company

I have occasionally large amounts of data in four Nordic languages I'm not able to go through myself. With Gavagai I can get handle of what customers are saying without coding myself.

PROS

Language support is great, having single model for different languages makes my life much easier when there's a load of data to go through. The team is really helpful and there is good guides for use.

CONS

Sentiment analysis is a bit roundabout. It could have an easier way to give sentiment context for the model in use.
