Appreciation for a great partnership

Great team to do business with, they are very knowledgeable about the loyalty landscape, customer requirements and the technology supports our business objectives.

PROS

High quality, low monthly cost and great team support from executive level and client service team. The rapid integration with 3rd party platforms made it really attractive, our developer teams worked quickly and efficiently to meet tight deadlines. The flexible loyalty rules engine and intuitive management portal are essential and easy to customise to requirements .

Excellent product, great staff

PROS

This software makes it extremely easy for us to track points/behaviour and enable our research panelists to redeem these for rewards. The API functionality makes it very versatile, and our tech teams have had no trouble integrating it into our panel website. The cost is very low as well, making the value of the software very high to us.

CONS

As a Canadian company there were fewer awards available to us through this software when we first joined up, but CA has actively worked to find more opportunities for us as a client.

One of the best loyalty platforms out there

PROS

Easy to start, attentive customer support, the connection possibilities on the platform.

CONS

We would be happy to receive more explanatory guidelines on technical implementation.
