I have been working with the apex team for 3.5 years. Extremely agile and solution oriented team. Customer experience, loyalty product experiences are extremely good.
PROSThey are very good at Loyalty campaign mechanics, gift catalog management and salesforce platform usage. The customer relations of the APEX team, which is always helpful and solution-oriented, are always dynamic and positive.
CONSCommunication in development agendas can be complex. In new demands, it is necessary to proceed by simplifying the subject as much as possible.

I believe this is one the most revolutionary channel loyalty software out there!
Apex Loyalty does solve most of your pain points such as communicating with your independent channels and collecting insights and turning them into brand advocates. With Apex Loyalty you can also reward your channels for their sales transactions. While doing that, Apex makes it fun for the channels to be engaged in your loyalty program. Apex Loyalty is also very scalable and can be used in any industry from manufacturing to services and FMCG industry.
CONSI can only speak about the challenges of starting a successful channel loyalty program mechanics. Figuring out the details of your loyalty program usually takes more time then you would think.

Flexible and Easy Tool!
They have a very flexible tool and agile team, so it is very easy to work with them. It is very easy to take action and put the solution in place with them.
CONSMaybe there could be a hypercare process that we can make some additional developments during first a few months.

Best tool to become loyalty Guru!
It has lots of features to manage and engage your customers. Cluster based activities enables you to offer differentiated activities to your customers depending on your needs. User friendly admin panel is one of the key benefits. Seems like developed with lots of learnings; you have what you need to start your CRM without much effort.
CONSSurprisingly, there is nothing to complain about the software. All you need is to try and see how useful it is.

Rewarding Becomes Easy
Customer service is great, helping and solving problems fast.
PROSUsed by such big companies, although can be used by small companies too as it has the easiest way to rewarding employees. Furthermore, not only employees but also partners. Also being cloud based and having an app are the greatest features.
CONSReporting and some templates should have been customizable, or this needs to be given for users in future updates.
