In the first section of your evaluation, we acknowledged your energy, passion, and responsiveness to our requirements. However, 2023 presented some challenges for TotalEnergies Marketing Belgium, particularly with the upgrade of our custom tool. The project was hindered by a lack of proactive communication and difficulty in directly contacting the developers. After persistent efforts, we were able to establish communication with the developers, which greatly improved the project's progress. We would like to extend our gratitude to [sensitive content hidden] for their ability to comprehend our needs and provide practical and cost-effective solutions. Your developers are truly your strongest asset.
PROSFrom the onset of our partnership in 2018, your energy, passion, and communication skills were highly valued. You were attentive to our requirements and proactively offered customized solutions. Communication was flawless. Whenever we had an inquiry or an issue, you were prompt to respond. When you encountered a problem, you promptly notified us. However, this was not the case last year, leading me to the next section of your evaluation.
CONSI won't go into detail, but I have already expressed my dissatisfaction to your [sensitive content hidden], via phone on 12/02/2024. In summary, there has been a lack of proactive communication at all levels, whether it be with support or our account manager. The only exception is the communication with the developers, which has been very good.
Reason for choosing Flyx
To the question "Did you switch from another product", I had to answer "No" as the product was not included in your choices. Reason of the switch : We had experienced dissatisfaction with the service provided by the contractor. The issues included a lack of proactive communication and failure to meet deadlines. Additionally, the cost of the services provided was excessive in relation to the quality of the service received. Following our market research, we selected your company to develop a custom tool for our needs.

De admin console laat je toe om zelf promo's, rewards, producten toe te voegen. Zo ben je in termen van content niet altijd afhankelijk van je leverancier.
CONSEr is vaak een lange leadtime om een product te lanceren. Als een merk in food & beverage waar je snel wilt inspelen op behoeftes is dit vaak een blokkade. Verder is de reporting & performance overzichten zeer beperkt. Het zou goed zijn als app leverancier hier meer mee bezig te zijn.
