Monthly & yearly plans are available. Bigger plans are also available for businesses with 150K - 2M visitors per month.

Easy to implement chatbot
Overall this really makes it easy for prospective association members to stay in touch with us on their and our favourite channels.
PROSThe product was very easy to implement in our Wix-based website solution, with no coding necessary at all. It works very well right out the box and doesn't impact our website loading speed in any way.
CONSEvery site visit counts towards the free tier 500 limit, with no option in the free tier to limit the geographic reach - meaning our chatbot is even loaded outside our city, which we don't really need. We're probably going to end up going with with the Basic tier just for that.

Great multi-purpose chat widget!
Overall experience has been really great. Having multiple points of communication for conversion when someone is on your website can be crucial. With this widget you can have as many points of contact through whatever source you would like and it is extremely easy to see and to use.
PROSI like the ability to customize the cosmetics of the widget itself and I like the amount of communication options. It has everything and you can display multiple at one time as an option.
CONSThere really isn't anything I don't like about it.

Works as promised
It helps us convert our website visitors into paying customers. We have just been using it for a week, and we do get people pinging us. We resolve their queries, and they end up buying our course. My ROI is easily 3x already, and I feel it can only get better from here.

Fast support
I had a problem with configuration i wrote a message and the response was very fast and solve the problem. The customer service is very nice and willing to help. A very nice option is a free package that allows you to test all the possibilities without incurring additional costs at the start.
CONSThe process of starting the service is too long, it is necessary to provide payment card details even for the free package.
