Retently is a great NPS feedback tool
Great. Easy to setup. Prompt support. Support team willing to make changes and enhancements to the platform and take on feedback.
PROSI like its simplicity. Its easy to setup and understand what's going on. We moved from Ask Nicely to Retently and the improvement is significant.
CONSNone really...would be nice if it had native SMS reviews.

Ask Nicely too difficult to deploy and manage. Too expensive also.

Solid Platform, Great Support, Very Affordable
The product was very easy to set up and transition from other vendors. With in a day I had imported all our data and was ready to send out a campaign. Very easy to use.
CONSThere's not much I don't like about this software. There are additional features I would like to see but they are already on the developer's road map. The only real feature I feel needs to be priortised is being able to one one contact across multiple campaigns (think surveys) with rules to prevent multiple surveys being sent. For example, if I have an NPS, CES and CSAT Campaign that all have similar triggers, a customer could receive all 3 surveys. The team are very responsive though and working to make this a platform businesses of all sizes can rely on. Very happy we made the switch.

Product is okay. But Service is terrible. Not recommended
I would not recommend this simply because we have lost lot of time exploring this software
PROSAs a startup doing feedback management for the first time, we compared many software and found Renetly suited to our needs. It's simple and easy to execute. Does the job well based on the trials we took
CONSWell since we were exploring such software for the first time we tried multiple attempts using the free trial ( which I didn't think was wrong), to make sure this was right for us and then took some time to finalize. However, once we expressed the intention to purchase, we were informed that they would not provide us the service stating we used too many trials ( I mean the trial is for exploring the platform right! we never sent any campaign through that), and no specific reason was given. Despite requesting reconsideration and being ready to pay USD 300 for the plan, the team stopped responding to us. We wasted 3 weeks exploring this software I am amazed to see such arrogance in today's day and time.

Hello, Retently offers a subscription-based service with a 7-day trial, extendable once. Since November, you've created six trial accounts using different domains. During your trials, we reached out over 15 times for onboarding support, but these attempts were unanswered. We also conducted one demo and one setup call to assist you further. We shared comprehensive resources in the call and follow-up. Despite this, you have initiated subsequent support requests on the exact topics already provided during both calls and the follow-up resources. It's essential to understand that the plan you sought, the Basic plan, is self-service. While we provide resources and support, it's designed for those comfortable managing their accounts independently. We concluded that our services might not align with your needs and recommended platforms that might be a better fit, including those offering free plans. Thank you for considering Retently, and we wish you success in finding a suitable service.

The best customer support!
This is a great tool for helping to understand your customer experience and evaluate NPS.
PROSRetently has phenomenal customer support. Their live chat has an almost instant response time and the team never hesitates to walk you through a problem. We selected Retently for this purpose. Price-wise, it has similar features and implementation to a lot of comparable services, but we liked their Intercom integration and team!
CONSThe menu can be a bit cumbersome to understand and I feel like they could be a bit more clear about what each feature does in terms of reporting and analyzing.

Superb Customer Service and product
It's great to be able to have different campaigns for the various offerings of our business so we can track what is successful and gain valuable feedback as to what is working well for our clients.
PROSFirstly, every experience I have had communicating with Retently has been a positive one. They always answer questions promptly and communicate effectively - no room for needless frustrations! The software itself is very user friendly, easy to setup and use. I researched several products before choosing Retently and this was based on various things - customer service, user friendly / ease of setting up and price.
CONSInitially we only signed up to the cheapest package which includes only one campaign. We soon realised we needed more than one campaign. But that's not a Retently software issue and not something I didn't like - it's just something that I discovered we would need (more than one campaign) so we have upgraded to the next package.
