A tool every Property Management business needs!
Our experience with Umanest has been a very positive one. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been very helpful and provided us with great training and insight.
PROSThis tool asks all the right questions, to all the correct people. Unlike other NPS survey tools, this tool is made for the Property Management industry. I love the type of questions it asks our clients - giving us a really good insight into the service we provide our clients, and what we can do to improve our service offering. Not only does it work really well, it seamlessly integrates with our trust account system - so no manual input!

MUST BE USED
A very useful management tool, a fantastic Quarterly review to know the mood of all our landlord and tenants . Better to get even a bad review on Umanest than on internet or social network and you can remedy the issue . The team likes it and is in a hurry to get the results . It push naturally the people in the company to offer a better service .
