Great Automated Collections Solution
Easily customizable automated collections solution which utilizes multiple communication channels to maximize collections rates.
CONSInitially there were some limitations with customizing certain features, however, these have since been resolved.

24/7/365 Automated Recovery
We have been a client of Paydit for over 6 years now and the product has and continues to grow tremendously. Paydit has allowed us to grow client and account base without the need to grow staff at the same pace. The volume that resolves monthly within the portal is equivalent to the recovery rate of about 10+ FTE.
PROSWhen we first vetted different payment portals the main reason we decided to go with Paydit was the ease of integration with our SQL environment and the overall ability The portal has provided 24/7/365 repayment options for consumers without the need for a human agent and has the ability to perform full negotiations with a consumer via self serve.
CONSWhen we started with the product over 6 years ago there were several items that did not meet functional needs for the collection industry and we spent the first year or two working with the team to develop alternative solutions however majority of those fixes have been built into the core platform and are no longer gaps.

Great Product & Great Team!
Paydit has allowed us the ability to reach more consumers each month. It offers the consumers the ability to setup arrangements that work for both them & our clients. Being able to offer multiple payment options through different channels of communication has improved our collections & our overall consumer experience. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] & the team at Paydit have been an absolute pleasure to work with.
PROSPaydit allows us the ability to offer an additional channel of interaction with consumers. Many consumers today appreciate the ability to setup their own arrangements, on their own time & Paydit makes this possible.
CONSThe ability to differentiate initial logins & repeat logins. The need to manually cancel arrangements when consumers want to alter a payment date or an amount.

Amazing Support Team and Platform for Collections
Wonderful, it was very refreshing to work with a support staff that was so invested in their product. This has been a very profitable platform for are company and Paydit is always evolving.
PROSPaydit has allowed us the make contact with more consumers, Alot of consumer today do not want to speak to a live person this Platform gives them the ability to negotiate the terms of repayment without speaking to a live representative. The support staff is incredible they are always available to answer any questions and help out.
CONSI would like to be able to export the data from the platform to an excel spreadsheet so we could manage it easier and if a customer needs to change a date of a payment they are unable to do so on the platform.

Great product
It has been a great experience. We have generated money on old accounts that haven't been touched in years and or consumers that would never answer a phone call or letter.
PROSIt sends thousands of messages and automates all of the correspondence. Their support has been excellent also.
CONSinitially it was difficult to create the campaigns but since i started they have created templates that make transmission of the data much easier.

Great Resource for collections
Collects as much as 2 to 3 collectors at a fraction of the cost.
PROSLets borrowers take advantage of a completely automated collection process when the time is right for them.
CONSSomedays not all SMS messages are sent due to "Paydit" limits

Pay Dit review
Pay Dit has been great to work with and I appreciate the support staff. We are now working on a custom application for another business that we operate.
PROSThe support staff has been out standing. The electronic payment system has been very helpful and profitable to our business.
CONSWould like to have a quicker ROI. Would like to be able to see what is scheduled for the day.

Our silent collector
Overall, it is working great. The hardest part is finding and submitting accounts that collectors have stopped working.
PROSPaydit works independetly, recovering accounts that were not being worked by telephone collectors.
CONSSo far, we are unable to use the No-Cost-to-Biller card processing.

Great Product
the onboarding process was easy and its user friendly.
CONSIt would be easier to have an export to excel right from the website for certain data.
