Open Bee Software is more than EDMS solution but outstanding in enterprise digital automation.
First I love how it helped my straight through processing of my document information from capture to final consumption of the data . It extract all the needed data from document with ease. Its robust
CONSOpen Bee is very robust . It has so many features and leads in different automation projects. This may pose some challenge trying to master all the functionalities

So far so good, excellent.

Open Bee EDMS provides the features and security that most organizations need
The user interface design is easy to use even without training. The versioning control is good and you can always roll back to the previous ideal version. File sharing is simple. Workflow can be setup on the fly by non-technical user. Most importantly the investment does not cost you any arms and legs, ROI can be easily achieve and sustain.
CONSIt will be great features with Open Bee to have task management to track actions of meetings.

It's very easy to setup and to use. I doesn't require any coding to create new documents or workflows.
CONSThe eletronic signature options outside of France are very limited.
