Very please w/this product
PROSWe implemented this to help change the culture from reactive to proactive back in 2019. The ease of use for their "out of box" solution made that possible. This product is easy to use and because of that we were able to get employee (where the risk is) buy-in!
CONSWhen you email someone from the software, you don't have a record of that (unless you copy yourself or download it and attach to an email).

CiMA Locstatt Review
The ease of use and customer support. The functions are easy to use and CiMA uses it on a daily basis. Like the real-time aspect as well. All my training records are at the tip of your fingers.
CONSCiMA wishes we could control more of the admin functions controlled by tech support. Change already created audits/assessments. CiMA wishes we could change the formatting more instead of having to reach out to tech support. One of CiMA's big wishes is for a face to face meeting with Locstatt sales/support and not depend on "Teams Calls or Go-To-Meeting" type meetings.
Reason for choosing Locstatt
Locstatt was in place when I arrived. I as the training manager did bring in other vendors for training capabilities but choose to stay with Locstatt due to the fact that we use it for other things already.

Where applicable we can certainly give you more control of the admin functions controlled by tech support. We see this request as a positive move to the next level and the team will be in touch to discuss. With regards to the new way of operating in virtual meetings - since March 2020 this has now become standard practice with a lot of companies, and one of the huge benefits we have discovered is being able to pass the cost savings down the line to our clients (hence the new pricing point and multi-app discounts offered from September 2020). As we are a global company, if we had offices in every country or region we operated in our costs would sky rocket, and in turn the cost of our product would also increase dramatically. Locstatt at Mundy
Fairly easy to use tool for employees. Very good for tracking audit observation compliance.
CONSIt is very difficult to get data out of the Locstatt system. The modules and reports combine data in different ways which makes trending and cross referencing difficult. The audit module for example, you can get compliance data but there is not a good way to get the observation details/findings.

Locstatt Review
Locstatt has been crucial in bringing non safety personnel into the audit and investigation process. Locstatt is known throughout the company and is at the core of our EHS processes. One of key elements is Locstatt's customer focus. They respond immediately to any concerns and also willing to help Miller solve issues (i.e. reports that are important to us). If we add a new app, they spend the necessary time training us. Customer focus and response is one of the best features of Locstatt
PROSEach app the we use in Locstatt has become a critical part of our EHS strategy. The reports generated have become part of our executive leadership meetings.
CONSI do not have any issues with the software

Locstatt was the only one that met all of my criteria. Obviously price is always an issue and Locstatt is very affordable. But the ability to build our program (not generic) was very important. But as stated previously, the customer focus and quick responses are key to why we use Locstatt.

Locstatt Appraisal
Locstatt integration allowed a collaborative and sustainable approach to managing our data in a way that benefitted senior management to workforce level. It changed the way we conducted our business from a risk management perspective. Real time data and smart specific apps provided the opportunity for an inclusive strategy when applying key elements of the program such as verification & validation. The customer support was real time and response efficient 24/7. A superior product that changed the way we administered our systems of work to manage both risk and compliance.
PROSAn effective low-cost solution. The Locstatt applications provided an exciting and user-friendly option for managing all elements of a safety management system. It allowed our teams in multiple locations to access real time data for decision making and execution phases of our projects and was critical to our success.

Primal Detailing - Locstatt Review
Overall experience has been positive, our company is in a great position to answer all inquiries from the local government, insurer or regulatory body about our policies and procedures since we can back anything up with real data from the workplace.
PROSThe total elimination of paper usage, everything we do is stored online and accessible from anywhere in the world. Facility Logbook and Incident Reports are our two most used modules. Overall the program is easy to use and gives us strong insight on how our daily operations are performed. We can see metrics over time and use Locstatt's automatically generated reports to find trends that would otherwise never be discovered.
CONSUploading report photographs could be sped up by selecting multiples at once, I understand this is being developed after feedback.

Locstatt - great compliance management tool
Locstatt is not only value for money, it is probably the best compliance management tool I have used throughout my career. The system not only includes the ability to generate Inspection reports and incident reports it also has the ability to do everything via a mobile app!This system will enable any organisation to have a pathway to successfully implement an efficient safety management tool! Can't recommend this enough!

CONSUnable to add names to incident reports unless the person is in the Locstatt system
