Actions & Incidents are a very helpful model for the business and is solving the communication issues within departments
PROSThe product is very user friendly and offers many modules that are of use to us
CONSI would like the investigation module to be simpler and to follow the Annexure 2 Incident Investigation format

mySHEQ Feedback and Review
1. Customer Service is excellent. 2. Threats immediately addressed 3. Back-up support amazing 4. Challenges discussed and working hand in hand to get a solution 5. Continuous improvement - monthly updates fall well within the ISO Standards
PROS1. MySHEQ is an automated management system and it saves a lot of time when compiling month end reports. 2. Creating reports and stats for all modules is amazing, because I can now by the push of a button have a report that would have taken me weeks to compile. 3. It is USER FRIENDLY. 4. It is EASY to USE. 5. It is more than just a Safety Management System. 6. When implementing new modules/huge changes we can participate and test the system before it can go live (keep in mind I am also a re-seller) 7. mySHEQ Management personal involvement is commendable 8. Friendly staff and always available (I also have a back-up who can assist if my main-contact is not available) 9. 24/7 service and if not available, I get feedback early the next morning
CONS1. The fact that Business Intelligence don't allow you to print/export the graphs, but this is out of the control of the mySHEQ team.

One of my clients asked me to obtain alternative quotes, in this process I also went with the different providers through their systems. Most of them difficult and not user friendly. When doing a system for SHERQC and management surrounding it, you need to have a good background. [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and his team mastered this. Welldone!!!

Time Saver yet effective
The moment you find yourself turning to an application multiple times per day to record or retrieve information, you know the system works for you. This system works for me.
PROSWhen implementing SHEQ at a company of this magnitude, Time is a valuable resource. The fact I am able to record the day's events quickly and accurately, while keeping my filing up to date is a huge help.
CONSThe System is very good. I would like it to be a bit more flexible according to my needs. Example. I cannot do bulk PPE uploads, The way I can with training. When you are handing out 90 pairs of gloves on a Monday morning. The idea of having to add each pair one by one is off putting.
Reasons for switching to mySHEQ.com
The system was not user friendly; the developers were never interested in adapting the system to work for me. The system wasn't a pleasure to work on, I reached a point where I avoided using it.

PROSIt is very user-friendly, the support staff immediately assists with any possible query and is always willing to seek a solution or customize it based on your needs.

Brilliant. Easy to use and with the ability to turn off parts of the system that are not relevant to certain users the system can be as comprehensive or as simple as you need it to be

mySHEQ is the Best
The mySHEQ system is a very effective and user-friendly system to use. Doing Audit reports on the go is the best function ever and makes our lives as auditors a lot easier.
