I like that on SafetyPal we can review the necessary Health and Safety issues that can cause drawbacks within our industry and keep our employees up to date with the necessary training inductions to keep them safe at work.
CONSThe only area I can think of is once jobs are set for a certain crew you can’t move the date which causes issues when jobs are not ready or need moving.

Positive feedback, James, thank you. Regarding the date change, you can extend a job using the 'Extend Job' button and enter a reason. Still, dates, once confirmed, are fixed as workers will have read documents - this is to protect Directors - Faslying records. We would love to chat about options and thank you.

Great functionality that covers all health and safety needs
The support from [sensitive content hidden] is fantastic. The platform itself is a terrific idea and goes a long way to ensure that safety is well monitored.
CONSThe only thing I've found difficult is its user experience, it can be confusing to navigate around and the mobile version isn't too friendly.

Regarding the 'Not too friendly' again, thank you for the comment. Safety PAL is designed to meet all 27 subordinate regulations and is essentially live (real-time) with any device (desktop, smart screen, phone, tablet), still, we will add to our improvement list a potential for a basic access app.

SafetyPal Review
Tractability and reporting. Being able to track engineers is a great feature.
CONSIt's a little tied down and not always applicable to some of our operations.

A truly unique H.S.E.Q Management System
H&S was a burden, but this is not the case using Safety PAL. Health and Safety is now something I promote, it’s the first thing I talk about with new and existing clients.
PROSLinking and unifying different divisions and departments ensures I am not only more efficient, but with Safety PAL, I am now able to prove I am doing what I said I was.
CONSThe mobile web app needs improvements, but we overcome this using a tablet and laptop

Complete H&S peace of mind for directors
Outstanding. Health and safety has always been a problem for my industry, but this system makes it simple, effortless, and cost effective.
PROSA simple, easy to use and easy to manage system. SafetyPAL has taken the angst out of managing health and safety within my company. I can easily see which employee is at which site in just a few clicks, and can check that all of their health and safety commitments are up to date.
CONSOne or two parts of the software need refreshing to make it even more simple, however the system is evolving continuously and the team at SafetyPAL are always listening to what we want to make it better.

A great product and always improving.
Great just need to get the wider company health and safety departments behind it to promote everyone’s use.
PROSIt is simple to use and does what it is supposed to do, help to manage health and safety of staff and provide communication and audit able records to comply with legislation.
CONSNothing particularly but improvements with auto recording of journeys to manage fatigue montoring.
