VeriDoc Sign is great at generating professional-looking documents online. The templates are easy to use, and there are many different ones to choose from. The documents look really nice.

Some of the options in VeriDoc Sign are confusing. The wording is not very clear. Also, I encountered an issue with my account that did get resolved. However, the customer support was very slow to respond and did not provide clear expectations on the timeframe of response. I understand that it is a company located in Australia, however, receiving an email response at 1 am my time that did not cover all of my concerns was disappointing. I would like to have seen either a live chat option or clear expectations. I would have been ok with waiting if I was told ahead of time.

Deberían trabajar las integraciones con terceras plataformas de contratos. La firma es buena, pero hay que subir los documentos a mano. Existe una api, pero no es de fácil instalación, implica unos conocimientos medios.

Overall we're happy with veridoc sign.. but as we're still in less than 6 month valuation, we're waiting to see some changes coming and more from the roadmap.

It's easy to use Signers can write name to get it in form of signature or upload their own Blockchain technology - which is very secured Used Customer Support twice and they've been great

The interface could use some work. Lacking features for agencies especially in terms of branding..customization .. which is critical for us to keep going with the software.
