Archiver easy peasy
Easy use
PROSEasy to use and quick to get into, easy to resend to same email address.
CONSWould be helpful if we could add and send to another email.

Archiver does actually allow for resending a message to a different email address, however, this is a controlled permission. We recommend you reach out to your account administrator to see if that permission can be made available.

I Enjoy archive, it makes my Job easier
Very good, easy, and pleasant.
PROSit's very easy to learn for a beginner, and it's also very easy to use.
CONSIt would be Nice if you could Click on the links in The Emails we are viewing

Links are disabled by default to avoid generating false open and click tracking events against a customer's email. There are options for being able to view and click links that your account administrator can help you with.

It does what is needed
Not bad. Not the greatest but it does what its designed for.
PROSI like being able to see all emails sent.
CONSdoesnt show all emails from across the department

We can share with them your feedback regarding the storage period. Archiver also does allow you to search for messages by subject line and other filters. Awesome Archiver!
Over all to see emails sent to customer quickly has been so helpful!
PROSSearch is easy and quick. Resending is very smooth too.
CONSCalendar and searches that are old could be faster to use calendar...

Archiver is easy to use and a great product
Ease of use. Allows me to search for emails guest lose track of.
