You can't manage what you don't measure. So, climate change mitigation starts with an inventory of the emissions in the value chain (scope 1, 2 and 3). This already gives interesting insights in what actions that need to be taken. Simulations for reduction strategy can be done.Very useful tool. I can't imagine working without it, any more.

Overall a very positive experience with the software, problems have been related to finding and retrieving data from current ERP system and other sources - not software related.

Easy and intuitive to set up company boundaries and key in the related data: With the integration to Ecoinvent emissions factors, we have been able to report Scope 3 emissions for nearly all purchased components and materials

Would be nice to see the simulation tool developed, so the effect of plans and actions can be monitored on sub-division level

None that I can think of. It's really a convincing tool and outperformed 10+ other tested softwares for emissions data management.

No big negatives about the tool. Some nice to haves that can still be implemented, such as links with sector-specific databases and further improvements in the uploads of large amounts of data.

The platform is constantly updated and improved, which makes GHG accounting easier and easier.

There has not yet been a focus by the developers to facilitate data collection for GHG accounting which still leaves this issue with the consultancies.
