Professional product easy to use

Lucanet is very easy to understand. The performance and interaction with the existing accounting programm is very good.

PROS

The user interface is very userfriendly and it is very easy to use.

CONS

The drilldown very often shows too many accounting transactions which makes analysis sometimes difficult.

Reason for choosing LucaNet

There were no obvius disadvantages in the evaluation process. It looked very professional.

Excellent tool for financial reporting

My overall experience with Lucanet is very good. I strongly suggest this tool to companies with multiple legal entities.

PROS

Lucanet is an excellent tool for financial reporting requirements. Its chart of accounts, general ledgers, budget, forecast and variance analysis capabilities are very good. Users require very little training before using the program. The data can be exported and dashboards can be created by external tools such as Microsoft Excel.

CONS

The front end of Lucanet is simple but a better GUI view could have been prepared. The data quality relies on the source ERP systems therefore the mapping between accounts should be well prepared.

The enhancement of the analysis and reporting

PROS

The tool's user-friendliness. You can review P&L, BS & Cash Flow very fast and without transactions. Also you can create your own reports in lucanet with queries and directly in excel with the add in. It was a great advance in our reporting

CONS

Graphs! Also there should exist the possibility to choose a group of cost centers in every consult instead of create an organization element. For example, if we want to check the EBITDA of a existing group excepting a couple of cost centers, like a pivot table.
