The Pool Brain team is building something really special. I'm seeing overnight results with managing my technicians and improving the quality of my service. This software is an absolute game changer
We have researched many apps but this has not only been beneficially to our customers but to Our green service techs. This takes our techs step by step and this has given our techs more Confidence in their job.
PROSThis software has made our everyday operations move more smoothly from an admin and field worker standpoint. The service techs feel more Confident in their job and the customers love all The detail they are provided now. This software covers every basis to ensure the customer has no doubt of anything getting missed. The measure of the filter psi has been a super helpful.
CONSI hve not found one con for the time we have used it and it only keeps getting better.

We still use this app but for Billing and tracking only. We use Pool Brain for Our weekly work orders.

very positive and will be an ongoing integration. We will eventually use 100% of the system.
PROSIt is difficult to get onsite help with any of the software companies. [sensitive content hidden] onboarding specialists took time to schedule an onsite visit to our company. Ensuring we were set up correctly, luckily we were on his way to the airport.
CONSvery detailed which slows the process down but for the information we receive it is acceptable.

It's so good, I legitimately almost didn't write this review. I want to keep this a secret.
PoolBrain replaced the workload of 3 or 4 people, and does it without human error. It's a massive leveraging tool and the analytics are exceptional. It streamlines communication, workflow, quotes and job conversion and the cherry on top is powerful tools to respond to consumer feedback.
PROSMassively powerful. Way more than a small pool company needs, but utterly irreplaceable for large teams who are serious about enterprise-level growth.
CONSIt's hard to cite any cons, because the dev team has been very supportive of all our feedback and are already working on implementation of most of the items on our wish list. Bugs are also responded to very quickly and fixed quickly.

PoolBrain promised better features and more power. We needed these things - we had outgrown our last software.

Hands Down The Best!
Allows me to easily optimize my routes and schedule my technicians efficiently. Also, the automatic billing saves me hours of work. The overall software saves tons of hours and labor you would spend to have multiple people managing all the jobs that Pool Brain handles.
