WPForms
This plugin has been super helpful for email collection and overall user feedback( through surveys). It's been a great experience using this and I highly recommend it.
PROSWhat I love most with the WPForms plugin is its lightness. Most plugins tend to possess useful functionalities but when they are heavy to an extent where they just overuse your site's CPU, then, they become useless at some point and this is where the WPForms plugin scored the best. It's equally flexible and supports drag & drop. This plugin has helped me for more than 3 years now, to create and manage newsletter sign-ups, polls, quizzes, and more. It easily integrates with Mailchimp and a few other CRMs giving me that combo to effectively grow my email lists. I really like this plugin for its lightness & effectiveness too. I receive either new entry submissions or summary notifications every single week, giving it(WPForms) an"A+" for its steady & effective deliverability. There are many other reasons why you should consider WPForms for your business. For example, with the paid plan you can easily Integrate Paypal add-ons to your website, create dynamic user registration forms, create surveys and the list goes on... I mean, If all of these can be achieved with just one plugin, Why should you saturate your website with other plugins? I see it to be absolutely useless. You'll get to discover other brainstorming functionalities of this plugin when you test it for yourself, so I highly recommend you to try it if you haven't already.
CONSI think developers should consider adding to the free plan an option to add colored sections to forms. Although, this can be achieved using some CSS and HTML codes, however, I think not everybody is used to working with codes...Colors give amazing and attractive designs to forms and everyone tends to like such types of forms.
Reasons for switching to WPForms
I experienced a weird behavior with this plugin 5 months ago, It suddenly duplicated one of my sign-up forms on mobile phones and this cost me a lot.

Powerful form builder for Wordpress - but for WordPress only
It was an ok experience. I used it for some time - still, I changed to Formaloo two months ago, and to be honest, I think the decision was a good one.
PROSThe form builder is powerful. Plenty of integrations and possibilities for making forms a breeze at your WordPress page. There is a free version which covers the basic needs for forms. It's nice for getting used to it and see what it can do, however, for me the free version offers too less. Support is very good.
CONSEven though I got the reduced price for the plus features (100$), that is still plenty of money for a form builder in my opinion. And I just got the plus version missing some powerful features. In addition: I know it is a WordPress Plugin - still, you can JUST use it as the WordPress Plugin. Formaloo is another Form Builder which offers maybe not as much features in regard to the form building process itself, but they are much more flexible in regards to embeding/using the forms.
Reason for choosing WPForms
Like previously mentioned. I switched to Formaloo because Formaloo makes it easier to use the Forms in a variety of usecases while it still offers plenty of features.
Reasons for switching to WPForms
Initially I switched to WPForms from Google Forms. I wanted to have the forms directly in WordPress.

Easy to use, efficient and simple
In my opinion WPForms is the best form plugin. While there is room for improvement regarding the initial set up, it's easy and pleasant to use.
PROSIt's very easy to use, versatile and easy to manage. There are so many different fields and customizations you can make to your forms. It's very simple and fulfills all my needs
CONSCustomizing forms could be easier. It heavily relies on CSS. Also when I first set up WPForms I had deliverability issues so I needed to set up SMTP which was really complicated and I think it's a process that can be simplified.
Reason for choosing WPForms
I found the interface much more user friendly
