A solution for assisting a large volume of consumers

- The support team at Botco.ai has our back and has been very responsive in all that we have needed to get the chatbot up and keeping things running smooth. We are very pleased!!

PROS

- We are very impressed with the Botco.ai chatbot’s ability to assist with such a large volume of consumer’s in answering important questions and then if needed, route those consumers into our ticketing system for an agent to respond. - A key feature for us is that Botco.ai is a HIPAA-compliant platform which allows us to have meaningful conversations with consumers who are seeking vaccine information through MyIR (our vaccine record keeping app) and through multiple State health departments. - By using Botco.ai, we have been able to handle millions of consumer questions about vaccine records without always having to burden our call center. We are easily able make changes to conversations in real time, giving consumers the latest updates as vaccination information changes.

CONS

- Unfortunately, Botco.ai has not yet been able to integrate into our ticketing support software and has only been able to send email responses to the system instead. The good news is that Botco is working with our IT folks to see if they can get integrated in. We look forward to that change.

Questo software di chatbot è stato testato per circa sei mesi per l'attività online di un cliente che necessitava di alleggerire il carico di lavoro del proprio customer care e ridurne i costi. La piattaforma, una volta configurata a dovere, si è rivelata estremamente efficace nell'assistere i clienti soprattutto nelle scelte basilari del configuratore online e nel comprendere gli strumenti più semplici, portandoli spesso in autonomia a conclusione del processo di acquisto senza necessità di ulteriore assistenza.

PROS

Piattaforma estremamente potente e stabile, ampie possibilità di configurazione, naturalezza di espressione del chatbot, elevata efficacia nel processo di acquisizione del cliente, capacità di alleggerire il lavoro di un customer care fisico.

CONS

Nessun inconveniente tecnico riscontrato, considerata l'alta efficacia del sistema. I costi periodici possono risultare abbastanza consistenti per una piccola attività.

Botco.ai [botco.ai] meets our SaaS needs and helps us save lives!  

PROS

Botco.ai [botco.ai] is a HIPAA-compliant platform which is extremely necessary for the substance abuse category. Their intelligent chat can handle multiple flows 24/7 simultaneously while guiding users through various funnels to generate positive returns from a MQL. This has allowed the platform to educate our users and quite literally save their lives while directing the ones who need help to the right place. Botco.ai [botco.ai]’s integrated dashboard also provides on-demand insights and data. Not only are we able to get consumer behavior insights, we identify trends to further improve the user experience. Botco.ai [botco.ai]’s customer support team is always ready and willing to help in a moment’s notice and I would highly recommend them!

CONS

There are some capabilities such as a database of lead contacts and revenue goals that are on Botco.ai’s roadmap that are not live that will provide further enhancement to an already great product.

Botco.ai is a great platform

PROS

Botco.ai is a HIPAA-compliant platform which is crucial for our business, it allows us to provide complete and accurate guidance to our users. The Botco.ai integrated dashboard gives us invaluable analytics data. This allows us to not only understand consumer behavior, but also improve our user experience. Their customer support team is the best! They are always available to help and their expertise has been critical in creating effective workflows.

CONS

The Botco team is currently working to improve the dashboard metrics to have a live view reporting key metrics. That is going to make the software even better.
