Great solution for Remote Workers

Overall, I would recommend this product as a remote solution. The easy of setup into our environment was a well thought out plan, the end user experience was good, no users complained of any performance issues and we were able to provide a solution to a remote workforce.

PROS

The ability for us to allow the Dizzion solution for remote users provided an easy ingress to our network without sacrificing security. The easy integration allowed my company to utilize a workforce that isn't local to our headquarters.

CONS

The USB igel device isn't user friendly and sometimes our helpdesk staff had to walk the end users through the connection. Once connected, everything was good to go.

Don't settle for Dizzion

Our experience with Dizzion has not been optimal. I strongly recommend exploring other providers before settling on Dizzion.

PROS

Dizzion allows users to access their desktop from anywhere.

CONS

Implementation was difficult. We experienced telephony audio. It took months of troubleshooting to resolve delaying implementation. Response time in getting answers to questions, replacing faulty hardware, etc. is very slow. Although users access identical versions of the same desktop, they can have different experiences and performance on the desktop with no explanation.

Vendor Response

Thank you for your feedback and we apologize for the difficulty you experienced during implementation. We implemented improvements to address the hardware issue to alleviate any future delays. We are also monitoring your environment and tickets related to the user experience to address any issues and your CSM will follow up with you as well to ensure your items are addressed in a timely manner.

Can't go wrong with Dizzion

The move to Dizzion helped cut down the costs of purchasing laptops for new employees. The Dizzion team has been instrumental on getting us onboarded very quickly and also worked very closely with us to create the master images for each of our clients in a very timely manner.

PROS

Dizzion made it easy for us to roll out new services to our customers, some of whom require SOC2 compliance, and very quickly created the environments needed for each customer, which allowed our agents to jump on and hit the ground running in less than 2 days.

CONS

The customer service is usually very good, but lately, we've had an issue that received no response until a second and third follow-up email was sent to them.

Reason for choosing Dizzion

Dizzion displayed more energy to work with us to get the virtual environments exactly how we needed it. They were always open to discussions and helped guide us through the aspects that we had no knowledge or experience.....all without trying to upsell their product options.

Thank for your feedback on your experience and trust in Dizzion

Easy once you set up from first time usb

It is a great way to have work from home agents without being exposed to internet traffic, also it enables each user to have it on their computer only during work hours as it is all usb based

PROS

Ease of accessing all the tools needed to fill out order pages

CONS

Sometimes the pages would get digital purple blocks

Reasons for switching to Dizzion

It was a better alternative to the security and privacy, Serenova also had a lot of technical issues, I'm not the owner of the company that it was used in. but I am a user once they switched to Dizzion it was a lot less issues and way more private.

Not really a good service

Horrible would never recommendWill be discontinuing service very soon

CONS

I don't like Dizzion! we are doing everything possible to switch to a different service. The administration of the desktops is worthless. Nothing in the console works. There are no instructions. and simple tasks like getting an updated desktop image is like pulling teeth

Vendor Response

Thank you for your feedback and we apologize for the issues you shared in your review. We would like to address the issues with desktop administration, console functions, general instructions, and any other items. Your CSM, AI Williams will follow up with you to ensure your items are addressed in a timely manner.

Good Secure Desktop Option

It is easy to use and has there is no lag time due to being in the secured desktop. All of the programs function as usual. Another great option from an security perspective is that you can require users to access programs through Dizzion, such as web-based databases, which provides an extra level of security. Dizzion can also be set so that passwords and browser history are not saved, which may be a bit cumbersome for the user, but certainly has its benefits.

PROS

The best feature with this software is that it can be downloaded and run from a PC, or used web-based. The web-based option allows for secured access even when away from a work PC.

CONS

If you get locked out for idling, you really need to completely reboot. Dizzion asks if you want to reconnect, but it continues to crash after you reconnect.

Simple Remote Security

PROS

It's great that this software allows for either desktop or web browser use. It is not mobile-based, but it does work on an iPad. All of the main browsers are available in the platform and you can open the different browsers even in the web-based software.

CONS

Sometimes the session stalls without any explanation and it can be difficult to restart the program. Typically it requires restarting the entire computer.
