Great Service
I think it's great and defiantly provides us with an easy way to gather reviews from our patients.
PROSWe started utilizing the Doctilbe service so we could easily gather Google reviews from our exiting patients. We went from only having 5 Google reviews to 99 5 start reviews. We also have the reviews connected to our website as a testimonials page and have over 900 5 star reviews there as well.
CONSMy biggest problem with the software is the fact that we still had a lot of people simply entering a review with Doctible but not taking the extra step to visit Google. I spoke to a rep today and apparently there has been a change on that format. I'm excited that the new text will provide us with even more great google reviews.

Amazing Product
In my personal experience Doctible is the best review platform out there. We left Doctible twice, not because we weren't happy, but because our management software offered us the ability to send patient reviews included in the cost of what we were paying. We thought financially it made sense to leave because of this; however, both times we were highly disappointed and came back to Doctible. Our practice is in a highly competitive market and it is important to maintain a visible online presence. With our previous company we received very few reviews during our time with them and upon switching back to Doctible we immediately began averaging between 4-7 Google reviews a week. We have learned our lesson not once, but twice and will not be leaving again!
PROSDoctible is user friendly - not only for our business in sending reviews, but for our patients to receive them and go straight to the review platform to review us or leave feedback that comes directly back to us.
CONSThere is nothing that I would change in their review platform.

Weave review platform was not user friendly for our patients receiving the review requests and we received very few reviews during our time with them. We were previous Doctible clients and knew how well Doctible works.

Love Doctible !!!
Excellent. Always great service and never any problems with the technology. Ive never had to make a call to support for anything.

CONSUnable to attach a photo or picture to a text, but I believe you updated this. It would also be nice if the campaigns would do a text blast instead of just email.

I have used many in my experience as an office manager. This office prior to me installing this system did manual text confirmations and had no google system set up for reviews so this was a huge ++ for this business.

Dental Offices Beware
If I could I would give this company 0 stars. There is something fishy about them. They have completely veiled their contact numbers, their emails, and any attempt to reach anyone with decision making authority is futile. We yielded to their way too aggressive, over-the-top offer of trying their patient communicator system for 30 days, and by day 28 we had encountered a technical problem that was disastrous for our patients, ie showing up on the wrong day and the wrong time. Like I mentioned above, getting ahold of anyone directly was futile and it took two days from the time we encountered this glitch to reach anyone, both y telephone and email. From that point on, it took another 13 days to get a ticket issued for technical support. By then, we are out of the 30-day trial period, and we have run out of patience to try to reach them. They are unyielding in nullifying our contract and refunding our money, so now we will take this up with the California Department of Consumer Affairs, BBB, and all noteworthy and reputable dental associations. Consumer beware... this is a company that is run by a bunch of unprofessional amateurs, plagued by false advertising and their website is filled with inaccuracies. Probably wont be in business much longer than the 13 month contract signed.
