Game changing site inspection tool!
Site inspections have come a long way over the past few years, and Truepic Vision has been a game changer for us.
PROSSpeed, ease of use, ability to authenticate images, customer support.

Equifax Credentialing Review
AMAZING! From day one when I clicked "contact us" to now. It has been great working with you all. I recommend Truepic to all our clients if they are looking for onsite vendors. I also tell my boss all the time that I would go work for truepic :)
PROSMy favorite thing about Truepic is how reliable it is. When we find an issue with reviewing videos or any questions that we have, we will get a response from [sensitive content hidden] or the support team the same day. A lot of other vendors we use, it takes days at the most to receive a response. Another thing I love is how when we suggest ideas on improvements, Truepic will go back to the development team to see if it's doable or provide other ideas on how you all can make it happen. Equifax has suggested a few things that I believe have benefitted other clients. One example is geofencing. A client can't complete an onsite if they are outside 100 meters. ABSOLUTLE GAME CHANGER!

*****I actually don't see who we used and I had to select one. We used Getverified We needed a reliable vendor that was a seamless process for the client and my analysts. Almost every day my analysts would not be able to open videos that the client would send through the application or clients wouldn't be able to login. We would submit the issue to the support team and we would never hear back at times. We would actually lose clients because of it. Since onboarding with truepic the overall SLA improved by 10 days!!

Our overall experience with Truepic has been exceptional across all levels of service. The responsiveness from our [sensitive content hidden], and the technical support team has been outstanding. Truepic offers ease of use and expedited services that significantly streamline our claims process. A notable benefit is the elimination of the need to dispatch third-party inspectors for evaluating trucks under warranty repairs. This has not only improved efficiency but has also contributed to a more seamless and cost-effective operation.

The process is seamlessly simple for servicers, ensuring no delays for our customers. Additional advantages for our company include swift processing, user-friendly interface, real-time image authentication, and top-notch customer support.
CONSWe've only encountered issues with servicers who don't provide employees with a company cell phone or tablet, facing reluctance in using personal devices for photo capture. Additionally, we've observed instances where photo location accuracy is not 100%, with a few cases noting that the registered location could be the neighboring building.

TruePic Home Inspections
Overall my experience with TruePic has been great. The people there care about their product and are always innovating new ideas to better serve their customers. The simplicity of the product gives me full confidence that I can put this in my customers hands and they can run with it.
PROSEase of use is perfect for TruePic. They provide simple solutions to simple problems and do not try to do too much. This allows us to easily and remotely train our customers on how to use the product and not have to worry that they will struggle to provide us what we need.
CONSThe customer experience around multiple inspections has caused some headaches in the past. Additionally while to be expected there can be some issues with functionality when internet is not possible (not sure if any solution exists for this)

TruePic is great.
TruePic inspections are much faster and easier than traditional physical inspections.

We love Truepic
So far it has ben fantastic! We had a title vehicle deal for $90k that was ready to "fund". The Truepic linnk was sent to the seller. We could see the from the pictures of the vehicle looks great. However when we asked for a video of the vehicle operational, the vehicle would not start. After investigation we found out the batteries were installed backwards which shorted out the electrical system and the Customer declined to accept…The deal is now withdrawn and saved us an unhappy customer and $90k in funding

Our overall experience has been great and our customers enjoy the easy of use.
PROSThe thing we like most is the easy of use and the fact that we get the report quickly.
CONSThe only issue we have is when customers have multiple properties to inspect. They don't have an app that they can log into and view all their pending inspections or inspections they have done in the past.
