PROS

Booked is a fantastic way to prevent scheduling conflicts with rooms and resources. We use it to schedule rooms, vehicles, and miscellaneous tech resources. As an organization with many moving parts, there's no way it would be possible for us track these things by hand like we used to. Booked has been a quiet tool in the background of almost everything we do in our organization and keeps everyone informed of what is happening when.

CONS

No cons to mention. We have been using Booked for about six years, and while it looks and functions basically the same now as it did when we started using it, only slight changes have been made that mostly affect the interface of the software. The only con is that it doesn't work when people don't use it! :)
