PROSIt's pefroms well and is easy to use / view
CONSSomething logging on om my mobile doesn't work, so I have to reset and start again. Usually customer see me in the street and then ask to book a table which is then embarrassing as I can't log in!

Works really well for us. Just a couple of tiny users issues that are confusing, but nothing big.
Overall Simple ERB works well for us, and does what we need it to.
PROSsimple ERB is a reliable booking system, that allows up to maximise turnover in our restaurant. With the recent adjustments to the platform, it is much more user-friendly.
CONSThere are one too many clicks that clients have to make to confirm the booking. So we have guests arriving thinking they have booked, and they haven't. ALso when adjusting the restaurant layout of tables that are bookable, covers etc. you have to keep going out of the page and back in to change multiple tables.

Does the job but room for improvements
Generally works well, we are almost hitting the 1000 cap often and would be happy to pay a little extra for 100 or 200 more covers rather than having to upgrade to unlimited for heaps more money.
PROSPeople can book in easily enough and the reminder emails have been helpful for our customers. The feedback email is also nice but would be good if the positive ones (when they hit 4 or 5 stars) could be prompted to leave the feedback publicly, say on Google or tripadvisor.
CONSHaving to constantly sign in and can be fiddly, hard to change tables and if you are trying to put too many people on a particular table it doesn't let you which is annoying when you've move tables around so they're bigger. Maybe let the manager have the final say on that. Also hate that when we run out of covers rather than someone contacting me and asking if we want to move up a tier, customers just can't book in, costing us heaps.

Hi Alex, we thank you for your feedback, this will be passed to our development team for consideration. Changing tables can easily be done using the 'quick move' in the booking place or via the Grid drag/drop feature. This includes moving a single table within a 'table join'. Our system sends out emails to the admin contact when you have used 70% of your covers within the billing period to notify users. You can always upgrade/downgrade plans once per billing month. However, we appreciate your comments for users between plan allocations. With regards to booking higher covers on tables' set max cover size, this can be actioned two different ways. Please reach out to our support information for further information on this as it's more of a hack to override. Thanks again for taking the time to review.

Really cannot think of any problems.
PROSSimple and easy to use for both customer and ourselves. It has to be one of the best value for money systems around.
CONSMaybe do not get the coverage of some of the more famous booking systems

Barely adequate, poor usability, awful design.
Cheaper than many others and it does work if you persevere. With a few basic changes it could be so so much better. 3 days of a decent interface designer would transform it. Hugely wasted opportunity.
PROSIt works but there’s a high-ish learning curve as not much is intuitive. Once you’ve got there it is, in fairness, quite simple.
CONSInterface is from the 90’s. Seems to almost be 4 different bits of interface stuck together with gaffer tape. Customer management is basic to the point of ridiculous. Table management is frustrating. Doesn’t really work on a phone.

We do offer the opportunity to book in for an online demo to run over any queries or set up help our users may need. We also have a collection of FAQ's, our support team is only an email or a call away. We recently updated the system's settings and the development team is in the process of redesigning the front interface. We appreciate the design may be outdated, however, we offer the necessary features and reports for any small-medium business to effectively manage their bookings electronically. The system was designed ideally for iPads. We do offer a mobile site URL version which is a condensed view to quickly seat a walkin and check your bookings. We offer a basic booking integration with EposNow which we clarify in our welcome email to integrated users and in our video. Take care.

Great Product
We find the ease of the product a great help with our reservations. Easy online reservations for customers.
CONSWe would like to be able to change the deposit page to a hire charge fee.

We love the different diary views that allow each user to choose their preference.

Excellent Restaurant Booking Tool
Really good operating system that allows for us to have multiple offers running in the restaurant so displays choice to the customer. The option to close down days and times works well for us as a business.
PROSWe manage this seamlessly into our booking promotions so this cuts down on customer delays as it offers an immediate booking option.
CONSIt can be a little bit clunky at times. We are still exploring the option of taking credit card payments as this cannot be reversed once implemented.
