Skyware Guest Management is a cloud-based property management solution designed to serve properties of all types and sizes including hotels, enterprises, resorts, inns, motels and boutiques. Skyware can also be installed as an enterprise computer network server on site.
Included in the core program is the online booking engine offering commission-free direct reservations through the property’s website. As an enterprise-based platform, Skyware utilizes Windows-based products and operates on an SQL database and a standard PC-system.
Skyware is available as a stand-alone front office/housekeeping system and offers a suite of integrated applications including central reservations, customer relationship management (CRM), maintenance management, outlet/restaurant point of sale, sales and catering, travel agent/wholesaler management and an activity/spa scheduler.
Technical support is offered via phone and email and the support offices are based in Frederick, Maryland and Mexico.

This is the easiest housekeeping system I have navigated. Functionality is straightforward and clean and has a user-friendly interface.
Not flexible- limited functionality with very few options to customize. But it mostly covered the tasks I needed.

The Skyware product is easy to use, learn, and teach others. While there are a couple frustrating things such as non-alphabetized menus, and tabbing orders that are not sequential, these are minor issues and can be over come.
We have been very pleased with the ability of the system and were able to take a group of untrained employees new to the hotel industry and have them functional and working in a very short amount of time.
Skyware has outstanding customer service and they have felt much more like a partner than just another vendor.
I would highly recommend their software for both small independent hotels and large chains.
