FMPD Quartermaster

Making sure that officers are held accountable for turning in issued equipment, accountable for lost items, and tracking expenses.

PROS

Overall it meets all our needs for tracking. The program is easy to use once you learn it but the user manual needs work.

CONS

User Manual is not user friendly. I was told their are training videos but customer support was not able to get it setup for use.

QM Management

This has been a game changer for me. Being able to track or change assets in a few clicks has been amazing.

PROS

I like the ease of use. The ad-hoc reports is the feature I use most and it has always been extremely helpful. The search tool was a must have that many other software programs did not offer.

CONS

The start up was a bit overwhelming. There was a lot of data to enter into the program manually. Understanding how best to enter and making sure everything was entered accurately was a challenge.
