Easy to use, confidentiality and accessibility
Very happy and satisfied. Awaiting for more updates and awaiting for continuing results.
PROSPappyjoe helps me to do a private practice virtually which helps me to work, schedule my appointments for patients. Most of my patients are very happy with the way they are placed for appointment, medicine prescription . Easy and confedential accessibility . They always help with good support whenever I am stick. This helps in improving my knowledge and skill. Good EMR support with good alerts makes life happy.
CONSIts a ongoing growing platform, they are rectifying the needed change and currently awaiting for new updates.

Very Poor after-purchase support. Even Basic functionalities doesn't work.
Do not fall for their smooth talk. They will promise you that they will do the necessary customisation before purchasing. After purchase they do not respond properly and even the basic functions don't work properly. Even critical things such as printing, etc doesn't work properly. Avoid at any cost. They outright deny any promised customisation after purchase. Very poor after purchase support.

Detailed lab module
Overall I am a happy customer ,I have been searching for a clinic management software for quite long time,from my experience there is no other software in this price range with this much features.
PROSI have been using this software for a year.It has a lot of flexible features.We can turn on/off any feature according to our requirement.I'm especially happy about its lab module.As a user I can customise/add different packagrs and decide its rate
CONSIt takes time for the initial setup of the lab,because we have to enter the values and range manually.Even though we received support from the technical team,it is still time consuming process.
Reasons for switching to PappyJoe
Firstly we received very poor customer service.It was very difficult to maintain the inventory using the previous software as the stocks was keep on changing itself.... we have consulted the customer care a number of times but didnt help.
