Although we faced certain limitations with the technology the team will always help one with alternate solutions to your problem.

Certain limitation in the app and dashboarding because of fix structure.

It has been good overall, there is adequate communication from the shelfwatch team and it is a pretty straightforward and easy solution to use

Shelfwatch is a great tool that I love using for various reasons. One of them is its excellent customer support that is always ready to assist me with any issues or queries I have. Another reason is its ease of use that makes it simple and intuitive to monitor and manage our Share Of Shelf.

I would have loved it if there are more robust functionalities as the current feature of Shelfwatch can be replicated by any image recognition tool today.

What I liked least is the delay to process picture. I would like to have updated KPIs just after taking picture.
