Lenderkit - great product and support

We've enjoyed our Lenderkit experience very much. The team listen to our requirements, and enhance, adapt or new functionality promptly and professionally to meet our needs.When there have been issues (rarely) the team responds promptly to address them - even "out of hours". It's a service led company, and it shows.

PROS

The product has been developed with the user in mind. The functionality is comprehensive and the UX/UI have been designed to be intuitive and easy to use.

CONS

I wouldn't say that there were gaps in the product when we migrated to it, but there were specific enhancements that we required for our platform.

Easy to customise and a great team

PROS

The product was easy to set up and use with a great development team that had an abundance of relevant experience to support and advise on customisations.

CONS

Integrations with third party payment providers can be challenging but the team was excellent in supporting to overcome these challenges and result in an overall good deployment experience.
