Trustworthy and Rely-able
Overall I have been really enjoying the user experience. How this links with our processes really helps create value to our ways of working.
PROSSystem has been well created to keep in mind end to end case management usage. The system has been fleshed out to assist users in a way that is user-friendly and prompts next steps.

Rely Feedback
Since transferring our whistleblower service over to Rely, I have been extremely happy with the service/product. The platform is user friendly, the Rely team are open to feedback & strive to improve their product, based off this feedback.
PROS- Ease of use- Support from the Rely team- Openness to feedback - Team are passionate about their product- Team are focused on continuous improvement/development of their product
CONS- Missing information when whistleblower complainants are taken via the phone line. The call centre operator not asking the anonymous caller to provide further detail/information regarding their complaint. E.g. Bullying concerns raised. Were there any witnesses present, if yes, what are their names? What was specifically said or done by the "bully"?? - I would like to add other than the above feedback, the call centre operators are great at capturing information regarding the nature of the complaint. It is purely just digging for more information, especially when the caller wishes to remain anonymous & does not wish to receive notifications.
