Clientele ITSM is a hybrid IT service management (ITSM) suite that provides managed service providers and external service organizations with support for different types of incidents, service requests, request for comments (RFCs), service level agreements and more. The solution can be deployed either on-premises or hosted on the cloud.

Clientele ITSM offers users customer relationship management (CRM) functionalities such as invoice management, customer data management and more. The solution offers a central dashboard that displays open tickets and other performance metrics. It also offers integration with applications like Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Office, AFSAS and Exact Online.

Additionally, Clientele ITSM offers features like opportunity management, trend analysis, audit logs, escrow agreement, a self-service portal and more.

Cloud-based services are offered on a monthly subscription basis while the on-premise solution can be purchased with a one-time licence fee. Support is offered via phone and email.

Great software to help us out with our business

We are using Clientele ITSM for managing our projects, storing customer data and for quote management. We are happy with the dashboard functionality and the possibility to export data to Excel or whatever other system. We run quick analyses for benchmarking and we have complete overview of all important projects.

We are using SaaS. After upgrade we have new client software to install. This should not be done after next release. That will help us very much for deployment.

Very complete and consistent ITSM software suite for Managed Service Providers

Pros

It's very complete with support for all sorts of tickets
It has the ability to separate accounts, which is very suitable for MSP's
Extensive reporting options
Integration with Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Active Directory
Available as an On-Premise or as a SaaS-solution

Cons

Clientele ITSM needs Windows 7 or Windows 10 to operate (it's not browser based yet)
The interface might be familiar to some, but out-dated looking to others.
