I am using Meritto since 2 years it is Easy to use and managing was good
It is better then other CRM options and it is easy to use. Clean dashboard
PROSI love the reporting system of Meritto.
CONSIt taking to much time if we download some reports.

Quick to get live, not functional enough to optimise for applicant experience
- Onboarding and team support - Good customer success team, available to help
CONSThere has been no improvement to the features for over a year despite significant flaws and a lack of customer feedback taken by the product team. Lots of missing functionalities - we moved most of our applicant tracking to Google sheets.

Meritto CRM review
The experience with the CRM and the team supporting the CRM has been quite an empowering one w.r.t to the technical side since this the first multifaceted CRM I have worked upon. The product is quite helpful and is a user friendly one.
PROSThe various features of the CRM especially those for pulling out reports, data analysis, comparisons, cost identification, graphical reports which give the insight into the total leads output as well as individual counsellor performance are quite helpful and impressive. Each lead integration and the steps followed can be accessed and assessed at all the different stages in the workflow by the admins help to monitor the process at every single stage. Addition of features like call recording would make it a perfect product.
CONSIt's a convenient and effective interface but may need few more sessions to make it user-friendly for someone who is a slow learner.

For a CRM with more features for reporting, data analysis and cost comparisons and single line interface which could be accessed by multiple teams starting from the Counsellors, Applications Team and Finally the Documentation Team

Accurate info when we apply filters on lead management . we can creating a self new campaign that is super easy and allocated to team members for admission conversion . A very smoothly and easy to use when we fill the candidate details .
CONSmajor issue is facing when candidate is done any admission payment or application form payment at admission portal and it is not showing on Student npf timelines on that time we can not take follow up for admission conversion and candidate lost the connect with counsellor.
