While Matteroom has some great features like an easy-to-use interface and clear statistics, I've found a couple of drawbacks. It doesn't automatically sort all the information, so some manual organization is required which can be time-consuming. I also wish it had the ability to connect directly to internet data sources for real-time information. These limitations aside, it's still a solid tool overall, but improvements in data sorting and internet integration would make it even better.

Our firm uses Matterroom for a variety of functions, but most importantly for case and conflict management. Desktop and phone apps mirror each other seamlessly. Pending and new approved cases can be pulled out at a glance, active cases and responsible team lead info is also readily accessible. I have had minimal issues with the software over the course of several years of use.
