CONSThe platform offers a wide range of features, so it takes a while to master it. However, once you start using the system and follow the tooltips, you will discover surprising features that you would appreciate a lot.

We use Matteroom daily without a struggle. It became part of the Firm's habits with minimal resistance, which I believe is one of the best results one can achieve when implementing this type of software.

CONSHaptics - some of the mouse pointer interactions are counterintuitive.

Matteroom is a fantastic SaaS solution that has greatly improved our team's productivity and collaboration. Its user-friendly interface and intuitive design make it easy for anyone to get started, regardless of their technical background. CONSWhile Matteroom has some great features like an easy-to-use interface and clear statistics, I've found a couple of drawbacks. It doesn't automatically sort all the information, so some manual organization is required which can be time-consuming. I also wish it had the ability to connect directly to internet data sources for real-time information. These limitations aside, it's still a solid tool overall, but improvements in data sorting and internet integration would make it even better.

Great tool
Our firm uses Matterroom for a variety of functions, but most importantly for case and conflict management. Desktop and phone apps mirror each other seamlessly. Pending and new approved cases can be pulled out at a glance, active cases and responsible team lead info is also readily accessible. I have had minimal issues with the software over the course of several years of use.
