Venio gets it right the first time and keeps enhancing the platform!
We’ve been utilizing all the Venio Product features including the Search, Export, Import, OCR, Imaging, and Review modules. One main benefit of Venio is that we are getting end-to-end benefits i.e., from data processing to data production and review at a reasonable price.
PROSI have been using Venio Products for 4 years now. Venio’s best features are reliable and high throughput processing, Analytics, Dashboard, Reports, Email Threads Views, and the new ability to handle Microsoft Teams, Slack, Facebook, Twitter. I also like the fact that I only have to work with one product to get a dependable, transparent, and defensible, end-to-end eDiscovery solution (on-premises or as SaaS) that includes ECA, Processing, Review, and Production. And I am looking forward to how we integrate the newly released Legal Hold features into our workflow.
CONSFor some of the admin capabilities, I still must use the legacy user interface. I know they are migrating everything over to their new UI but hope that they will complete the migration soon.

Venio - Multiple Options to fit your needs
What I like most about this software is the flexibility and numerous options available witht he product. The Venio Cloud offering is an easy to use system where my clients can drag and drop data and quickly spin up a case to review data. It is highly customizable and you can provide as much or as little features to fit your clients needs. The Venio Console offering is quick and reliable. We can push through large amounts of data for processing and easily prioritize the queue to push smaller jobs or urgent jobs to the top.
CONSThere is not a lot that i do not like about the software. One area where I think there could be additional development is streamlining the UI. IN the Review platform all the different options and windows can seem over whelming to some clients. I think this can make the product seem more complex than it is. However, since the product is customizable it is easy to remove some of these options to help hone reviewers/clients in on what they really need to see.
Reasons for switching to Venio Systems
Venio allowed us more freedom and reliability when processing data. Also, the Venio team is extremely helpful and responsive. They listen to their client and become a true partner with those who work with them.

Great Software!
Pros are the speed and capabilities to not only process, but use it to open many containers and forensic containers for scanning and processing without use of a separate tool to strip out documents first. Its a simple interface and everything is accessible.
CONSthe inability to distribute workers freely to task lists.
