Botmaker, an easy to interact with - Chatbot

We've been pleased to be working with Botmaker, making use of a lot of their tools, having insanely good feedback and success from end-users POV, and making custom and powerful tools that are helping us in the development of Chatbots.

PROS

I think the most useful feature in Botmaker is the code writing support, it has an entire Node.JS environment that lets you further optimize and make tools to customize your chatbot. Also it's really really good to be able to have multi-chatbot configurations, completely functioning at the same time.

CONS

I think the documentation in botmaker is really lacking, maybe there needs to be an entire team documenting and releasing features that lets you use them. The customer does not have proper API and coding documentation.
