Great solution for social media integration

We have been using the tool for a long time and it has really helped us to organize the way we communicate with our customers.

PROS

It has the facility to integrate numerous social networks. Shortcuts with pre-defined phrases make the attendant's life easier, reducing the chance of passing on some incorrect information. The format in which all conversations are made available is something that caught our attention and gained positive points.

CONS

Some conversations just get lost every now and then and accessing past conversation history takes a while to load. It doesn't always happen, but when it does, it's a little uncomfortable.

Callbell es un buena opción

La experiencia en general con Callbell fue buena, aún con sus cosas por mejorar para ser un software multiusuario y es buena alternativa para introducirse al mercado multicanal de atención en las empresas.

PROS

Entre las principales ventajes de Callbell están: la opción de agregar varios números de WhatsApp dentro de la misma plataforma y también otros servicios como Facebook Messenger.

CONS

Entre los contras de Call se puede mencionar la función del multiusuario, por ejemplo, para que 2 agentes estén conectados de manera simultánea dentro del mismo número de WhatsApp ingresado.

Callbell - the worst WhatsApp Integration ever

The only reason I gave them 2 stars is becaues the support is really always there and tries hard to cover up all the flaws the service has. But overall experience is disgusting. Not recommended.

PROS

Only the fast-to-response support. That's the only strong point of theirs

CONS

The service worked well for the first couple of weeks and then we ran into a wave of different problems like: 1. Large latency in sending the messages 2. Some of the messages weren't delivers to the end user at all 3. When writing to a new contact for the 1st time - the message is sent twice 4. The names of the contact are not syncronized across with the original WhatApp application 5. No ability to send voice messages, files or see if the messages was delivered or read.

Nell’insieme Callbell è un ottimo software, indicato in particolar modo per attività collaborative e di distribuzione del lavoro nel team.

PROS

Il software è veloce ed intuitivo, inoltre permette di accedere da vari dispositivi e fornisce in tal modo la possibilità a più utenti di lavorare in contemporanea. I tag e le statistiche giornaliere offrono un quadro panoramico della situazione preciso e puntuale.

CONS

Non ci sono particolari pecche nel sistema, un suggerimento potrebbe essere quello di implementare i criteri di ricerca avanzata per reperire determinate informazioni contenute nelle varie chat.

Smart, Intuitive, Useful

With Callbell you will forgot the "zapping" around the different tabs or chrome. My sales and support teams are much more efficient.

PROS

I found Callbell by chance, wandering on the internet. I have a travel websites and I love the idea of all communications from WhatsApp / Facebook/ Instagram in the same place. It's a super tool. My support/sales teams are enthusiastic about it.

CONS

No integration with Google+, it would be nice to have it.

Great product for managing multi-channel conversations

The integration with Whatsapp Business finally helped me to use Whatsapp as support channel to my clients assigning the chat to different support agents
