Next Gen Customer Support Automation Platform
We used a combination of AI Chatbot + Interactive Guides to automate the customer support and it helped us provide a good user experience.
PROSChatbot understands the intent pretty well and we were able to automate 80%+ of the inbound queries after implementing the product. The time to go live is within a week which is very awesome. The drag and drop feature to build an enterprise-level customer support bot is very easy.
CONSNothing for now. Product is improving day by day by adding more features.

Good AI tool to reduce call center costs.
We can enable and customer support in multiple languages with in short span of time, the responses generated near good, it helps to collect all the basic needs to resolve the customer problem before it reaches the agent.
CONSWe have add multiple languages as add-on, it won't support by default. And we experienced issues while linking the generated chat cases to customer account based on provided email address.
