The tool is very easy to use. You can easily set it up and customize it based on your needs. I like the experience the end-user (customer) gets, which is simple and clear enough and as a result contributes a great deal to boosting Direct Bookings. The different Pop-up layouts is also very useful to achieve the desired outcome. Haven't used the Voucher and Giftcard functionalities, but it could be very useful for properties that offer such options. Overall, we have found that it is very easy to use, not very expensive, and contributes a lot towards boosting direct bookings.

The customization options could have been more extensive in certain cases; these are mostly details, but we believe that small details could make a huge difference. i.e. Ability to type on a new line to make the Content visually clearer More icons that are relevant for the selected amenities that are your USPs (or ability to add your icons) Most importantly would be the ability to customize the default layouts of the PowerWidget since each layout offers some very positive things and we would have like to merge the positive functionalities of 2 layouts.
