Real Person - Online Chat Suite since the beginning of globalization of Web Chat services

I have been using it for last 12+ years when the big organizations started launching Web chat processes. This suite is very easy to use with all amazing features that allow you to deals with your clients. This is also very easy to train to the peers and the individuals that are new to this suite.

PROS

I like the multiple chats feature which enables you to communicate with multiple customers simultaneously

CONS

Although disconnection in middle of a chat session is an exceptional case with this suite, but it impacts the reputation of the service provider
