Great software for video calls or e-learning.

PROS

Once I got used to using Bongo, it was relatively easy way to use. I thought the functionality to break up your participants into break out rooms. It is also very accessible via mobile.

CONS

I don’t have any really big cons to mention. It took a bit to get used to the platform as I was very used to using Google Meet and GoTo Meeting. Once I have it some time, it became quite simple to use.

Bongo for languages

PROS

- great tool for students to record their speaking abilities in second languages - great tool to provide time stamped feedback (my favorite feature) - great tool for quizzes within a video recording (students watch a video and answer some questions throughout the video) - quick customer service respond - students pay just once for use, regardless of how many semesters they use it

CONS

- can be a little tricky to set up each semester (not always instinctive) - grading is not flexible if we want an assignment on a specific scale (it is automatically out of 100)

Reasons for switching to Bongo

Go React was too expensive to maintain as each new semester a student would use it, they would be charged.

PROS

Bongo has proven to be a valuable asset in our management training programs, significantly enhancing learner engagement and overall learning outcomes. Highly recommended for organizations looking to elevate their online learning initiatives.

CONS

The only downfall is that we cannot utilize Bongo within our LMS App.

Essential tool for language classes

PROS

*time-stamped comments *ability to create rubric for assessing *different types of assessments available *synchronized with LMS *possibility to copy past assignments from one semester to the next

CONS

I wish we could set a number of tries for the Q&A assessments. I like that the camera turns on so students have to spontaneously response, with no preparation, but they sometime mess up so it would be great to have two tries for example.

Versatile coaching tool with unlimited possibilities

PROS

My favorite feature of Bongo is the recording of responses feature. We are able to design training and assessments that utilize this feature over our widespread footprint. This allows our SME's to review submitted answers without traveling all over the country.

CONS

At this point in time I do not have any negative experiences with Bongo. If anything a con would be that we are unable to apply it more to our training plans.

Excellent. Bongo is a valuable training tool.

PROS

Bongo has solved two primary issues for our company. (1) Video coaching (2) Auto grading recorded speech.

CONS

We have had no problems with Bongo. It has been so helpful to our employees.
