Convenient way to complete trainings
I have used MyLearningPointe a lot in my career in the mental health field. I am required to keep up with various trainings for my position and my license. myLearningPointe is a convenient way for agencies to offer trainings anywhere at any time. I am able to login to myLearningPointe on my desktop or laptop and complete my required trainings when I choose. I love that I can start and stop at any time and it will keep my progress, as well as keep my completed courses and certificates on hand.
PROSWhat I like most about myLearningPointe is that it's convenient! You can assess it anywhere any time.
CONSThere is nothing I dislike about MyLearningPointe.

Learning made easy
It is such a user friendly product and like the fact it sends emails to staff to remind them of trainings. It has such an extensive catalog of trainings that can be overwhelming. Only thing I would recommend is to send administrators and email to tell them of new trainings available.
PROSI have used this software with a previous company so I was familiar with it and recommended it to my current company. I felt that for what it offers, it was the best price for a small non-profit company. As an administrator it is very easy to monitor and add trainings to people, as well as have the flexibility to activate and de activate people. It certainly helps to have employees have perks to get free training beyond their core training.
CONSSoftware is very easy to navigate and they gave me a over the phone training and answered questions I had. I have not had a problem at all utilizing it.
