SFC and MRP in simple but efficient way

I have a very interesting WIN WIN WIN relation with Kontrollis and my clients in apparel/ fashion manufacturing. Implementing Kontrollis, help us a lot during productivity improvement projects, the planning and balancing tools providing an absolutely clear picture of production in our daily activities.

PROS

Easy to implement. In case of small clients (50-60) workers can be implemented in 3+2 days. The strong and interactive Production planning toll. The Line balancing tool based on Operator skills and efficiency matrix. Easy to export the database in Microsoft excel.

CONS

The MRP tolls can be improved. The BOM is not multilevel.

Melinda Steel - Kontrollis review

It is a user friendly application, giving a broad insight of the manufacturing, helps the user to plan and track the production easily. Also comes in handy in reporting. Last but not least the development and customer support are extraordinary.
