Panotica hydra users opinion

Implemented several modules of the application used daily for process data and Quality records. Complete stuff working on one and the same software sharing the same actual data and informations.

PROS

The most importatnt is the intuitivity of the software. By knowing one appllication there is no problem to implement others as the functionality is very similar and easy to learn. Very transparent and usefull. All data can collected in one place, one application which is available from where ever You are - internet connection the the only conditio. Easy to present Your company data during internal or external audits, customer visits or management reviews etc.

CONS

Short reaction time of maintenance. Helpfull proposals for our ideas and needs. All needed informations and data in one place by presenting to customer including attachments of documents and important data.

Easy to learn and use.

PROS

The software ensures easy access to supervised documentation, controlled according to ISO 9001/ ISO 17025. Very impactful option is the possibility of importing forms directly from supervised documentation which allow during daily work filling forms approved by autorisation organ during certification audit. For organization, where the personel works remotely, it allows to completing ongoing system documentation and supervision of the activities of people involved in a given process.

CONS

The customer module. The module is very basic and could be more developed.

Reasons for switching to Panotica Hydra 4.0

Panotica Hydra is a new system, more intuitive and suited to the size of my company. The second reason was the ability to comply with ISO 17025 in cooperation with off-site personnel who are also responsible for keeping ISO records.
